A little about me ...

I'm living life with an attitude of gratitude for my husband of of 34 years, my 3 children, grandchildren and my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ ! 

Since graduating from college in 1976 I’ve  had the opportunity to work a variety of businesses and business models.  I’ve served 10 years as a Ministry Coordinator.  I’ve also owned franchises and conventional businesses, and have built direct sales/ network marketing organizations of several hundreds to multiple tens of thousands ...

As much as I love the time freedom, residual income potential and tax advantages of home based businesses, I’ll also be the first to admit there are many flaws that a large percentage of companies have , namely …

 How about those high attrition rates

 Lack of rewards and incentives to the “front line people” that are just starting out

 No real residual income because most of the income is derived from distributor autoships vs “real” retail sales

 Poor back end marketing

 Poor branding

 Bad press

 Low duplication

 Higher failure rates than success rates … (companies AND people are equally at fault here!)

NOW if you’re like me, then you want to align yourself with a stable company yet one  with opportunity.  That  is a rare combination to find a company with solid infrastructure, capitalization, management experience and integrity,  pre-momentum timing, one with true residual – which means it has to be based on REAL retail sales volume – products people would buy whether there was no opportunity behind it or not - and finally a company we can truly leverage.  To find that we’ve got to start looking different … looking at the paradigm shift in business models.
